He noted that the agreement gives Doha the right to host the African Super Cup on its soil for 3 successive copies, of which two copies were made and one copy was left over from the current super cup.

And the source continued: “What we heard about the establishment of the Super Cup in Cairo, with the fixed date of the match, seems strange. We are supposed to receive a letter about it to prepare the visa, transport, accommodation, field training and other details “.

He concluded: “We are confident that the Super will be played in Doha in accordance with the agreement of the CAF and the Qatar Federation, and we are determined to respect the terms of this agreement.”

Speaking to Moroccan “Radio Mars”, Mohamed Awada, vice president of the Qatar Football Association, confirmed that no speech had come out of the CAF to withdraw the Doha Super Cup, and that they were confident of embracing Super Al-Ahly and Nahdet Berkane.

Awada pointed out that all of these copies recorded the presence of Arab teams, where Raja and Esperance met in the first match, then Zamalek and Tarji in the second.
