Russia has had the highest daily rate of infection with the Corona virus since the outbreak in the country, and the number of cases reached 10,633 new cases in the last 24 hours.
This brings the total number of injuries in the country to 134,686 cases, that is, it ranks seventh in terms of injuries worldwide.
But the death rate in Russia is still relatively low compared to other countries, such as the United States of America, Italy and Spain.
On Sunday, 58 people were reported to have died from the Corona virus, bringing the number in Russia to 1,280. The epidemic hit the capital, Moscow in particular, hard, leaving its health system in a situation where it is difficult to adapt to current circumstances.
Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobanin warned against laxity and said the capital has not yet passed the peak of the epidemic.

The mayor said tests showed that two percent of the city’s population (250,000 people) was infected with the Corona virus.
On Sunday, the number of HIV cases in Moscow rose to 68,606, after 5,948 cases were registered.
A hermetic closure was imposed in the city of Moscow, where 12 million people were ordered to remain in their homes, with limited exceptions.
Russian President Vladimir Putin said the situation was still “very critical” and called on the Russians to prepare for a “severe epidemic” in the coming weeks.
Earlier this week, he confirmed the infection by Mikhail Michaustin, the Russian prime minister, with the virus, making him the first high-ranking Russian official to acquire Coved-19.
Michelstein was named prime minister in January this year and is still receiving treatment at the hospital. Her spokesperson said she felt better, as long as she could work from the hospital.
On Friday, Russian Housing Minister Vladimir Yakushev became the second minister to confirm that he was HIV positive.
Russia says evidence is behind high injury rates
Analysis by Sarah Rainsford, BBC correspondent in Moscow
Daily, the number of confirmed cases of coronavirus infection is constantly increasing. The Russian authorities justify this by increasing the number of tests, since in Moscow alone more than forty thousand people are analyzed daily.
They also say that half of these cases are for people who have had no symptoms of the disease, including cases that were discovered by examination, such as healthcare workers.
However, the virus remains widespread in areas with poor medical facilities compared to the capital, where nurses complain about the lack of masks and protective clothing to protect them.
Even here in Moscow, around 1,700 people enter the hospital every day, increasing the burden on the health system.
The Russian president extended the suspension of work until May 11 and said that “we have not yet exceeded the peak of the disease.”
He added that the government would take into consideration the gradual lifting of the restrictions imposed on May 12, depending on the situation in each region.
And Putin admitted last week that there was a lack of protective equipment for first-aid medical workers against the Corona virus.
