Consequences of the “Traffic Child” case. “The Judges” threaten the offenders before the judicial authority with legal measures

The Judges Club, headed by the counselor Mohamed Abdel Mohsen, announced this Wednesday that the necessary legal measures have been taken regarding what he called “the persistence of some social networks and media in taking the incident of the child, son of the vice president of the Ismailia Court of Appeals, to undermine the judicial authority and its honorable men, ”describing the incident. Which sparked public opinion recently after the judge’s son, the famous “traffic boy” and 4 of his friends insulted a policeman at one of the Nasr City traffic lights in Cairo with “individualism.”

Councilor Reda Mahmoud Al-Sayed, the club’s official spokesperson, said in a press release that the ‘judges’ condemned in the strongest terms the persistence of some social networks and media in taking the incident as a pretext to undermine authority judicial system, adding that the club consolidates the principle of the rule of law, which must be respected. With all this, it monitors and accounts for all flagrant attacks and flagrant violations, and will take the necessary legal action in this regard.

“Al-Sayyid” added: “We condemn the abuse, despite all the necessary legal measures taken regarding the incident of the judge’s son, and the unprecedented apology of the child’s father to the masses of the Egyptian people, and the claim of the Board of Directors of his condemnation of all these actions and actions committed by his son.

The “judges” affirmed their total rejection of the continuation of this campaign, which they described as “selective”, which arouses much hatred and resentment, and spreads a culture of hatred among the people of the same town, and seeks to undermine their powers. and invade the preservation of the judiciary and stalk it, calling on all state institutions to confront this systematic attack because it violates the rule of law and destabilizes the Egyptian state.

He concluded his statement: “The Club of Judges has not abandoned and will not abandon its main role in the preservation of the judicial power and the prestige of its men, who always establish by their decisions the rules of justice, the values ​​of virtues and the moral”.
