The court rejected the defense requests to release the defendant with financial guarantee, while the defendant ruled before the renewal judge that the victim had tried to sexually assault him and that he was in a state of self-defense, and said that I am an older man and defended my honor.

Counselor Mohamed Abdel-Salam Amin, the first public lawyer of the Alexandria Appeals Prosecutor’s Office, ordered to speed up the determination of the victim’s autopsy and the final investigations of the investigations into the incident.

The Alexandria Security Director quickly led the formation of a search team to uncover the mystery of the incident under the supervision of Major General Mohamed Abdel Wahab, Director of the Criminal Investigation Department, Major General Mohamed El-Gamasy, Head of the Directorate of Investigations, and Brigadier General Ramadan Abdel Rahman, Inspector of the Investigating Agent.

An investigation plan was immediately drawn up based on examining the victim’s relationships, asking her eligibility, emptying the cameras in the immediate vicinity of the accident, and re-examining the crime scene with the knowledge of the forensic men.

Investigations by Colonel Ahmed Daoud, Inspector of Western Investigations, and Lieutenant Colonel Amr Al-Dafrawy, Inspector of the Sector, concluded that the victim was separated from his wife, who had filed a lawsuit against him for several years, and the disappearance of his mobile phone from the crime scene, and the presence of a thousand pounds on the table in his room, which is likely The crime is not robbery.

It was also possible, by downloading the surveillance cameras around the accident, to monitor the image of a young man in his prime, who had frequented the place of the guard several times, and could be the author of the incident.

The identity of the unknown young man, the “possible suspect”, was identified as (Taher. Sh), 20, a day laborer from the Assiut governorate. In one of the farms in the bathing area.

The defendant added in the investigations that he went to the guard the next day, according to his agreement, believing that he was mediating for him with those in charge of the project to assign him to any job they have. However, he was surprised that the guard accused him of stealing his phone, so the defendant swore by the Koran that he had not stolen and that he had come to look for an opportunity to work with halal, but the guard insisted on accusing him and took his personal card and photographed it with his mobile phone and told her that she should come see him tomorrow night to resolve the matter, otherwise he will. He hands over a photo of his card to the security authorities and accuses him of stealing £ 60,000 from the project site.

And the defendant continued in the investigations: “I felt that I had become involved with him and I went to him at night like the day of the crime, as we had agreed to find a solution. As soon as I entered his place of residence, I was surprised that he closed the door and then did strange things ”. The defendant explained that the victim felt his body and asked him to remove his clothes, which left him shocked, for which he asked him to stop his attempts, but the “sentinel” continued and about the defendant’s sexual assault, but he found himself in front of him only to accompany him to get rid of the problem and try to escape, so he asked him to go to the bathroom first. He then took his cell phone and fled. The defendant decided that he did not intend to kill the sentry, but found nothing in front of him other than to beat him for his insistence on sexually assaulting him and practicing homosexuality with him. He gave instructions to the defendant on the phone of the security guard and he was recorded, and he was referred to the Public Ministry to initiate the investigation and decided to detain the defendant for 4 days pending investigations for premeditated murder, then the renewal judge decided to continue with his detention for 15 days.
