Faouzi Lakjaa, president of the Royal Moroccan Football Federation, member of the executive office of the African Football Confederation and second vice president of CAF, said that he dreams of seeing a super African that brings together two Moroccan teams.

Al-Ahly are scheduled to face Wydad next Saturday, while Zamalek will face his counterpart Raja in the first leg of the semi-finals of the African Champions League.

During televised comments on the sidelines of Raja’s delivery of the league championship, Lakjaa said: “Raja’s crowning with the league title (the professional championship) was deservedly deserved.”

He added: “National football was victorious after the local league curtain fell in exceptional and difficult health conditions.”

He explained: “My attendance at the Raja celebrations is an honor for me, good luck to Wydad and Borkan’s promotion in the upcoming tournaments.

He concluded: “I hope that we will meet here next November 6 to hand over the African Champions League title to Wydad or Raja. My dream is to see a Super African between two Moroccan teams.”

It is worth noting that there are also two Moroccan teams that qualified for the semi-finals of the Confederation Cup, where the Pyramids are scheduled to face Houria Conakry of Guinea, while Nahdet Berkane will face her counterpart Hassania Agadir.
