The Executive Office of the Confederation of African Football Confederation (CAF) approved the proposals made by the Confederation Committee on Competitions regarding the postponement of the African Champions League and Confederation Cup matches.

The African Union Competitions Committee had held a meeting with club representatives through video technology in recent days, to discuss the issue of postponement of the matches that were scheduled for the end of this month and the beginning of next, due to the Corona virus epidemic situation in the country of Morocco, and most of the teams agreed. CAF’s Executive Office held a meeting today, via video technology, and it was decided that the two semi-final matches would be on October 16 and 17, with the return matches scheduled for October 23 and 24, and the match ending on November 6, according to a source, Leela Kora.

As for the Confederation, it was agreed that the semifinals would be on October 19 and 20 and the final match on October 27.

Al-Ahly will meet Moroccan Wydad and Zamalek will face team Raja in the same African Champions League league, while Pyramids will face team Horoya from Conakry in the African Confederation Cup.
