The Spanish newspaper “Sport” revealed the scenes of the first meeting between Ronald Koeman, Barcelona coach, and team captain Lionel Messi, after returning to training on Monday.
According to the Spanish newspaper, Koeman met with Messi for half an hour and demanded his maximum commitment.
And he added: “Coman is convinced that he will excite Messi with what he asks for, and Barcelona will once again be a terrifying and respected team in Europe.”
And he continued: “Messi returned, and Koeman asked him to contribute everything, to try to get what happened in recent weeks and fully participate in the project.”
The newspaper added: “Coman said that if Messi performs the performance that he usually provides, he will be very happy with him.”
