Yesterday, Thursday, the Ministry of Health and Population announced that 32 coronavirus recuperators have been discharged from hospitals, after receiving the necessary medical care and recovery according to the guidelines of the World Health Organization, raising the total of those who 97,524 cases have been recovered from the virus to date.
Dr Khaled Mujahid, Advisor to the Minister of Health and Population for Media Affairs and official spokesman for the ministry, stated that 121 new cases were registered that tested positive for virus laboratory tests, as part of the necessary surveillance procedures, investigation and examination carried out by the ministry in accordance with the guidelines of the World Health Organization, pointing to the death of 7 new cases.
Mujahid said that according to the World Health Organization recommendations issued on May 27, 2020, the disappearance of symptoms for 10 days after infection is an indication of the patient’s recovery from the Corona virus.
