Armenia and Azerbaijan accused each other of violating the armistice and bombing residential areas, while fighting continued in the Nagorno-Karabakh region.

Azerbaijan said an Armenian missile killed at least 13 people and wounded 40 others in Ganja, the country’s second-largest city away from the disputed region.

A ballistic missile was reportedly fired in the early hours of Saturday.

Armenia denied carrying out the attack and accused Azerbaijan of bombing populated areas within Nagorno Karabakh, including the main city of Stepanakert and Khankendi.
