Amr Al-Ganaini declares: The super African in Egypt

The next edition of the African Super Cup will be in Egypt, said Amr Al-Ganaini, head of the five-year committee in charge of the management of the Egyptian Football Association.

Al-Ganaini confirmed that officials from the Egyptian Football Association are holding talks with their counterparts from the African Football Confederation, “CAF”, about the date of the African Super Cup match.

On the final match of the African Champions League, which will be played at the Egyptian Army Stadium in Burj Al Arab, Al-Ganaini explained that there is a conversation with Security and Enough to transfer the match to the Cairo Stadium for fear of evil weather in Alexandria at the end of this November.

The Minister of Youth and Sports had previously stated that the final match of the African Champions League would be held at the Cairo Stadium instead of the Burj Al Arab.

The last edition of the African Super Championship was held in the State of Qatar and Zamalek won it after beating Esperance of Tunisia 3-1 to win the cup for the fourth time in its history.

Moroccan club RS Berkane won the Confederation Championship for the first time in its history to be the first match in the next Super Cup match.

While Al-Ahly and Zamalek will meet on the 27th of this month for the title of the African Champions League, and the winner will be the second match in the Super Match.
