Amir Mortada Mansour, former general supervisor of the football sector at Zamalek Club, left Cairo for the United Arab Emirates, on a secret visit to meet with Gianni Infantino, FIFA president, in Dubai, to restore the White Board headed by Mortada Mansour.
Emirates Today newspaper said, according to its sources, that Amir Mortada Mansour has tried to meet with the president of the International Football Association “FIFA”, Gianni Infantino, who is visiting Dubai.
The newspaper added: “Amir Mortada is currently in Dubai on a private visit following his departure from office following the suspension of the club’s board of directors headed by his father Mortada Mansour.”
The newspaper added: “Advisor Mortada Mansour, former president of the Zamalek club, met with a close collaborator of the president of the International Federation, and the meeting was organized to present the file of the board of directors of the Zamalek club by administrative decision in order to seek the intervention of FIFA to return the frozen council. “
The newspaper concluded: “Amir Mortada Mansour prepared a complete dossier to present to Infantino, FIFA president, which included the legal decision to freeze the board of directors of Zamalek Club, in violation of Egyptian sports regulations and in contradiction with the regulations of FIFA that grant the general assemblies in football federations and clubs the right to Decide the fate of the boards of directors, either by staying or leaving.
