The late Azmi Mujahid, one of the legends of the game of volleyball in Egypt and the Zamalek club, and Azmy Mujahid played two Olympic Games in Montreal 1976, in addition to their representation of the Egyptian team in the World Cup and their ranking among the 10 best players from the 1975 World Cup, and also one of Egypt’s Top 10 Athletes in 1978.
Azmi Mujahid crowned his sports career by winning 4 sports medals from the Presidency of the Republic during his work as a player and coach of the Zamalek Club and the national team after winning all the local and African championships as a coach with the club and the national team..
Azmi Mujahid went to work after that, where he served as a member of the Board of Directors of Zamalek Club, then director of the Media Center of the Football Association for more than 4 years.
