Washington – (AFP):

The results of the US presidential elections, Friday, Thursday, are still awaiting results in some important states where the vote counting continues amid intense competition that does not allow predicting the winner.

Each state grants a specific number of primary voters. According to the results announced so far, Joe Biden obtained the votes of 253 to 264 of the high-level voters, due to doubts about the results of the state of Arizona, while Donald Trump obtained 214.

A candidate must get 270 votes to enter the White House.

Who will vote for the top three voters in Alaska has yet to be determined, but no Democrat has won this state in decades, making the result of the vote almost a foregone conclusion.

Therefore, five states remain:

Arizona

11 senior voters.

Joe Biden won 50.3 percent of the votes in the popular vote, compared to 48.3 for Trump, a difference of 58,000 votes, with 86 percent of the votes counted.

The Fox station and the American Associated Press estimated Tuesday night that the Democratic candidate won in this western state, since they considered it impossible for the president to remedy his delay.

But other media such as the “New York Times” and “CNN” preferred to wait before announcing the victory of a candidate in the state that usually votes for the Republicans.

And local authorities suggested that the screening could not be completed before Friday.

Georgia

16 senior voters.

In this southeastern state, 98 percent of the vote is counted and generally vote Republican. Donald Trump has been leading the results since Tuesday night, but the gap is gradually falling to 3,486 votes just short of Joe Biden, and the percentages settled at 49.4 percent compared to 49.23 percent, respectively.

Nevada

Six of the big voters.

Eighty-nine percent of the votes were cast in this desert state in the west of the country, which elected Democrat Hillary Clinton in 2016.

Joe Biden leads the results with 49.4% of the vote so far, compared to 48.5% for Donald Trump. The difference is less than 11,500 votes.

Pennsylvania

The number of main voters is twenty.

94 percent of the votes were counted in this industrialized state in the “rust belt” in the northeast, where each of the candidates actively campaigned.

Donald Trump’s comfortable lead has narrowed, and the difference is 64,000 votes with his rival (49.8 percent versus 98.2 percent for Joe Biden).

And all the votes that have yet to be counted came through the mail, the voting method preferred by Democratic voters, leaving the possibility that the results will shift in Biden’s favor, according to US media.

North Carolina

15 high-level voters.

95 percent of the votes have been counted in this southeastern state and traditionally a republic.

Currently, Donald Trump (50 percent) outstrips Joe Biden (48.6 percent) by nearly 77,000 votes.

However, mail-in ballots submitted no later than Election Day, November 3, are accepted if received within nine days.
