The election results so far indicate that Biden advanced in the state by a narrow margin, 8,000 votes, for 49.3% of the votes, compared to 48.7% for Trump, after counting 75% of the votes.

The task of the Democratic candidate in this state appears to be easier, given that the remaining votes are the mail-in votes that generally favor Biden, and the state voted for the Democratic candidate in the 2016 election.

When will Nevada’s results be announced?

State officials said they will announce the results Thursday at 9 a.m. state time (7 p.m. Cairo time).

However, a spokeswoman for Nevada State Secretary of State Jennifer Russell confirmed in subsequent statements that the state was in the process of announcing the election results early, but did not specify the time.

Clark County Recorder Joe Gloria confirmed Wednesday that he would not disclose the number of ballots that were mailed and those that were delivered by the U.S. Postal Service on November 3-4 through Thursday morning. .

When asked Wednesday night if the mail-in ballot could reverse the election, Gloria responded, “It all depends on the margin of victory, but that’s definitely a possibility.”

Nevada is one of 19 states that allow voters to send their ballots by mail the same day, and records show that 413,000 people voted, of which 337,000 were counted.

But ballots stamped by mail prior to November 3 will still count if received by November 10. It is not known how many ballots have yet been received.

In Washoe County, the second most populous county in the state, the voter registrar said all personal votes and ballots received on Election Day Tuesday had been counted.

The county recorder said more than 21,000 votes were counted on Election Day and another 9,000 documents were mailed to the polls.
