Liverpool player Trent Alexander Arnold qualified for the English Premier League “ePremier League” final match, after beating Manchester City star Raheem Sterling in the semifinals.
Stirling was on the way to victory after advancing two goals against Alexander Arnold, but the latter made a brilliant return from being late (2-0) to a draw (2-2), for the duo to resort to the golden goal and the Liverpool star scored in the next game.
The Liverpool golden boy will play the winner of the semi-final match, which will bring together Diego Guetta from Wolverhampton and Dwight McNeill from Burnett in the final, which will be played later in the evening.
The tournament started on Tuesday, when the players represented their clubs in the knockout cycle, and their proceeds will be donated to the #PlayersTogether initiative to support the NHS in England.
The tournament reportedly urged everyone to follow official advice by staying home and saving lives, to limit the spread of the new Corona virus “Covid-19”, which caused the cessation of sports activity worldwide.
