President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi paid an inspection visit to the headquarters of the State Strategic Command Center in the New Administrative Capital, which was recently established with the latest international specifications in line with Egypt’s vision of the future, where he was accompanied by Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, Prime Minister, and Lieutenant General Mohamed Zaki, Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces, Minister of Defense and Military Production, Lieutenant General Mohamed Farid, Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces and several commanders of the Forces Armed.

The Spokesperson for the Presidency of the Republic stated that the President heard a detailed explanation of the components of the new state strategic command center, the latest advances in the engineering works and the infrastructure works that were carried out in it, as well as as what was designed and built with the latest information and communication technology systems, security surveillance methods and intelligent systems in the field of command and control. This reinforces the capacity of the State to efficiently manage its institutions in various circumstances, as well as the specialized and administrative units and facilities included in the new headquarters.

During the tour, the President praised the effort made to complete and equip the buildings and facilities of the Strategic Command Center in accordance with the planned period of time, highlighting the State’s desire to develop its capabilities in various fields and keep pace with progress. scientific and technical in order to maintain the security of the homeland and its territorial integrity.

The strategic state command center includes a series of centers that guarantee control and fluidity in the management of all state institutions and prepare to face any crisis or emergency. The headquarters is spread over an area of ​​7,000 acres and includes 18 areas that are differentiated according to the nature of each of them, and contains a coordination center of the defense work of the State, as well as a center The unified strategic data of the State , which contain all the data of the state institutions, a closed strategic network control center to control the state administrative apparatus, in addition to a management and operation center to control state facilities, and a network control center of communications that ensures the continuous implementation of communications at the state level, as well as Emergency Services Control Centers and Field Security, and a Meteorological Forecasting Center, which prepares the State Defense Center with meteorological data to be prepared for face sudden climatic changes, in addition to a huge volume of warehouses that ensure the needs of strategic goods of the country ís.

The state’s strategic leadership center facilities are numerous and include various places of worship, clubs, hotels, schools, sports stadiums, residential projects, shopping malls, as well as a number of hospitals and administrative and service complexes. The State Command Center includes two units of the Republican Guard and other means of insurance that provide protection, prevention and insurance for the center.
