Al-Attal files a new complaint against Murtaza Mansour

Hani El-Atal filed a new complaint against Mortada Mansour, president of the Zamalek Club, before the Egyptian Olympic Committee

Al-Attal indicated, according to his complaint, that since the ordinary general assembly of the Zamalek club was held on November 23 and 24, 2017, which included a new clause for the election of the board of directors for the 2017/2021 session, that resulted in his victory over the club’s vice-president position for the session, and Mortada Mansour is trying by all means to prevent that In the performance of her duties as vice president of the club’s board of directors, in contravention of the will of the General Assembly , which the law made the highest authority in sports organizations, in addition to its violation of all international and Olympic laws and statutes that regulate sports matters, according to their statements.

He concluded his complaint by requesting that what is necessary be taken to implement the will of the General Assembly of the Zamalek Club, enabling him to perform his duties as Vice President of the Board of Directors of the Zamalek Club, so that the complaint becomes the second that Hani presents. The Board of the Olympic Committee announced that the complaints received by Amr Al-Janayni, President of the Football Association, Mahmoud Al-Khatib, President of the Al-Ahly Club and Handball Federation, Hani Al-Attal, Abdullah George and Mamdouh Abbas, were transferred to the Clubs, Values ​​and Ethics Committee for investigation and adoption of the necessary measures.
