The Ministry of Youth and Sports had issued a statement in which it announced that the Board of Directors of the Zamalek Club, the Executive Director and the Financial Director were temporarily excluded from the management of the club’s affairs until the investigations of the Public Ministry and the results are concluded. arising from them, or until the end of the legal term prescribed by law for the Board of Directors, whichever occurs first. ».

«In light of the results of the financial and administrative inspection and inspection committee, which was formed by the Minister of Youth and Sports Resolution No. 434 of 2020 dated September 23, 2020 of the specialists of the Ministry of Youth and Sports and In order to carry out its financial and administrative oversight of various sports and youth organizations in various parts of the Republic, the Central Audit Institution has issued Ministerial Resolution No. 520 of 2020 dated November 29, 2020, which included the following:
First: Regarding the Zamalek Sports Club, it has been decided:
• Refer the financial infractions mentioned in the report and the infractions it contained to the Public Ministry.
• The suspension and exclusion of the Board of Directors of the Zamalek Club, the Executive Director and the Financial Director of the administration of club affairs on a temporary basis until the investigations of the Public Prosecutor’s Office and the results derived from them are completed, or until the expiration of the statutory period prescribed by law for the Board of Directors, whichever occurs first
• Assign the Giza Youth and Sports Directorate, as the competent authority, to oversee the Zamalek Club and form a temporary committee to manage the club’s affairs, elect whoever will do the work of the executive director and include him on the committee.
Second: Suspend and temporarily exclude the boards of directors of Damietta Sports Clubs, Eastern Sports Club and Cairo Sports Clubs, referring their infractions to the Public Ministry, and assigning the Youth and Sports Directorates, each one in their jurisdiction, the conformation of temporary commissions to manage them until the prosecution’s investigations are completed.
Third: The dissolution of the boards of directors of the youth centers of Zefta and Burma and Mitt Yazid in Gharbia, Al Mina in the Red Sea, Tala and Quesna in Menoufia, Al Salam, Abu Sawyer, Shabab Al Bayadiyah, Shabab Abu Al Sayed, Arab Abu Qasim, Al Wabourat, Abu Ayada, Al Mazara’a in Ismailia, Al Majaz al Gharbi, Abu Tabl in Kafr El Sheikh, Al Amal, Mitt Kenana, Kafr Al Shamout in Qalyubia, and Al Hossainia in Sharkia Arab Al-Tal , Sheikh Zayed, in Giza, Mitt Al-Khouly in Damietta, Al-Sinbalawin, Al-Blassi, Sherbin, Kafr Mitt Fatek, Al-Qaitoun, Sindila, 29 Basar in Dakahlia, Nasir and the Zeinhm facility, Ain Shams in Cairo , Al-Hawatakeh, Al-Kom al-Ahmar, Dakran in Assiut, Shanhur, Bahri, Al-Sayyad, Qena, Aklit, Al-Sharawneh, Bahary, Al-Sharawneh, Qebly, Salim, Al-Qeba.
