Al-Bakri assumed the presidency of Zamalek by decision of the Giza Youth and Sports Directorate, following the decision of the Minister of Youth and Sports, Dr. Ashraf Sobhi, to suspend and exclude the club’s elected board headed by Councilor Mortada Mansour after referring the financial irregularities that were monitored by the report of the inspection committees to the Public Funds Prosecutor’s Office.
