Professional mobility service.
Development of exit and return mechanisms.
Development of final exit mechanisms.
The initiative’s services include all expatriate workers in private sector establishments.
The report, which was received by the Minister through the Labor Attaché, Ahmed Rajai, Head of the Labor Representation Office in Riyadh, addressed what was announced by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development in the Kingdom, and the launch of the initiative to improve the labor relationship between expatriate workers and entrepreneurs in the implementation of the Kingdom’s 2030 vision, where he met with the director of the Riyadh Labor Office As Abdul Kariri. Asiri explained that the initiative is an important step to lift restrictions on expatriate workers, especially in the field of sponsorship transfer and movement between entrepreneurs and companies.
Asiri said the initiative has given migrant workers the following:
The freedom to obtain a final exit visa upon expiration of the employment contract without being subject to employer approval.
The worker can definitively leave before the end of the employment contract, provided that he adheres to the contractual conditions
Obtain an exit and return visa to spend the annual vacation without being subject to the approval of the employer.
Bringing your family without the consent of the employer.
Abdel Karim Asiri, head of the Labor Representation Office of the General Consulate in Riyadh, assured that these new benefits granted by the initiative are considered the most important thing that the Egyptian worker needs, which derived from his previous absence some of the problems of the workers.
