President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi claimed that the encroachments of agricultural land and construction violations in various governorates are devastating for the state.
Last Saturday, Al-Sisi added, during the inauguration of a group of national projects in the governorate of Alexandria: “If you allow your country to be devastated, and by God Almighty, this is a ruin, oh group of the state, and nobody does that. The matter is for God, then all of us, and I will never allow it, and this is the fourth. ” Once I said and talked about this 3 years ago, will we prefer this until when? “
Al-Sisi claimed that the construction violations are a major crisis facing the state, saying: “I don’t know what to do. Oh group. This is our land that we eat to do that, why? … I want to. that the house works and I am ready to do more than that, when we make a piece of land and we build on it, people come together. “
Al-Sisi added: “In saying that, because the state, with its institutions, O Muhammad, Ya Zaki (Minister of Defense and Military Production), is responsible for preserving the Egyptian state and the entire interior.”
The president sent a message to governors and state officials about the construction violations and infractions, saying, “In telling the conservatives and officials, that they cannot achieve discipline, frankly, this is an issue that I do not address and peace be with you. I speak and all the people listen to me in Egypt. In the face of public opinion in the air like this, unless the goal is only reform. “
Following the president’s garden, regarding the construction violations, the state took a number of important steps to work on the reform of the record and on the implementation of the president’s directives to the government, to take serious action on this matter.
The beginning was from the Council of Ministers, as Prime Minister Dr. Mustafa Madbouly confirmed the existence of a mandate from the Minister of the Interior for all security directors of the provinces to fully coordinate to deal with violations of buildings and violations, and the speed with which the necessary security forces were equipped to secure the work of eliminating building violations.
The Prime Minister added that the volume of moves made during the recent period for construction violations is unprecedented, and we continue to implement the law, upholding the prestige of the state, and will avoid any new or inconsistent random construction, noting that this is linked to the existence of a system to monitor any new construction violations. Immediate steps are taken to eliminate these violations, as well as to take legal action against the violators.

This comes after a meeting between Madbouly and the Governor of Giza, Major General Ahmed Rashid, yesterday Sunday to follow up on a series of projects that are being implemented in the Giza governorate, efforts to eliminate infractions and the number of applicants requesting reconciliation in the governorate, in the presence of Major General Tariq Marzouq, Giza’s security director.
The Prime Minister stressed the need to tackle any random building on farmland and stop it immediately, provided this dossier is dealt with decisively, emphasizing that immediate treatment of violations will not be tolerated and we will stop any attempts to build in violation, whether on farmland or elsewhere. Exactly, considering that this file has become a matter of national security, the violations of the buildings and what they cause threaten national security, highlighting that any attempt to violate the buildings on these lands will continue to be transferred to the Military Prosecutor’s Office of righ now.

Madbouly said there will be no extension of reconciliation, and the deadline is present in the law at the end of September, and once this period is over, the law will be implemented and the immediate elimination of violations that have not been reconciled will begin.
