What is the penalty for Joe Hany if found guilty of “contempt for religion”?

Article 98 of the Egyptian Penal Code stipulates the following: “Whoever exploits religion to promote or encourage words or writing or any other means to generate ideas will be punished with imprisonment for a period of not less than 6 months and not more than 5 years or one fine of not less than 500 pounds or 1,000 pounds Extremist with the intention of provoking sedition, denigrating or disparaging one of the monotheistic religions or sects belonging to it, or damaging the national unity or social peace.
Article 160 of the Egyptian Penal Code establishes that “Without prejudice to any more severe sanction, a penalty of three years in prison and a fine of not less than 1,000 pounds and not more than 5,000 pounds shall be imposed on anyone who interferes in the establishment of rituals. of a denomination, religion, celebration, symbols or other things. It has the sanctity of people of a sect or group of people “.
In the events of sedition or destabilization of national unity, the aggravated penalty will be for a period of 7 years, without prejudice to any more severe penalty established in another law, the penalty will be imprisonment of 3 years for anyone who violates the sanctity of the tombs or cemeteries or their filth, and the penalty shall be the imprisonment of no lesser duration.
