Sayed Abdel Hafeez, football director of the Al-Ahly club, confirmed that Moroccan Walid Azzaro, the team’s forward, is the only player on the list whose contract expires next season, indicating that there are many people who will disperse the players in the next season.

Walid Azaro is scheduled to join Al-Ahly’s training in the next period, after he decided not to complete his loan with the Saudi Al-Ettifaq Club, and obtained a period of rest.

“All Al-Ahly players’ contracts are currently extended for other seasons, the only exception is Walid Azaro, his contract expires next season,” said Sayed Abdel Hafeez, football director of the Al-Ahly Club.

He continued: “Therefore, there is no place to talk about offers of players or going abroad except through the Al-Ahly Club, and for us, there is no negative issue in the presence of official offers for players, but there are legitimate ways for these matters. “

He added: “There are some people who live outside of Egypt that you find trying to communicate with the players about outside offers. I ask the players before the fans to be careful with these people. Their goal is to disperse only the players. “.

And he stressed that “if there are official offers in the club for a player, they are discussed with the coach, then with the general supervisor of the ball and the planning committee before making any decision.”

“In the next period, we will hear about offers from all countries of the world for Al-Ahly players,” he said. “He will find someone who lives abroad and communicate with the players on this matter. We must address these matters properly.”

He concluded: “We managed to crown the league and we celebrate it. Currently, we are following the Moroccan Wydad and studying all matters related to the trip to Morocco.”

Al-Ahly will play on October 17, the first leg of the African Champions League semi-final against Wydad, Morocco.
