(Masrawy):
Counselor Nader Saad, spokesman for the Council of Ministers, said that the decisions issued today are to restore discipline in the Egyptian street, applying precautionary measures, especially after citizen laxity in the use of masks, and in the face of the new wave of Corona virus, which is more widespread than the first.
Saad confirmed in a telephone interview with the program “My Responsibility” with the journalist Ahmed Moussa, that next Sunday the charge of 50 pounds will be applied as a fine for not wearing a muzzle, explaining that the fine will be charged immediately after an official receipt, indicating that the fine is due to not wearing a muzzle and not only to possessing it. In case of non-payment, the offending citizen will be transferred to the Public Ministry.
And he added, “Among the decisions issued by the Council of Ministers, Dr. Mustafa Madbouly, today, is to wear a muzzle in government departments, banks, public and collective transport, minibuses, taxis and all means of transport except the owners of private cars. “
He added that an immediate fine will be imposed for any infringement of the establishment, such as restaurants and cafes, in the amount of 4,000 pounds, with the facility closed for a week.
