A new judicial decision in the appeal of Mortada Mansour against the decisions of the Olympic Committee

The Second Circuit of the Authority of State Commissioners in the Administrative Court examines the appeal filed by Mortada Mansour, suspended president of the Zamalek Club, against the decision of the Egyptian Olympic Committee to prevent him from practicing any sporting activity for a period of 4 years and call a general assembly for the club to elect a new president, which will be held on December 27 next Sunday. .

The Administrative Litigation Court decided, in its previous session, held last November, to refer the appeal to the commission to prepare a legal opinion on the matter, and no session was set to file the report.
