An informed source within the youth sector of the Zamalek club revealed that there was a crisis during the recent period, due to the club dispensing with some players hours before the registration door was closed, without informing them or their parents, what which caused the players to be denied participation with any other club for the next period.

The source said that Ghanem Sultan dispensed with several players from the Zamalek Club youth sector and replaced them with other players on the roster after the club’s board of directors was dissolved days ago.

The source added: “The players were dispensed an hour before the registration door closed and were replaced by others, while the discarded youth participated in a distinctive way.”
