An informed source within the youth sector of the Zamalek club revealed that there was a crisis during the recent period, due to the club dispensing with some players hours before the registration door was closed, without informing them or their parents, what which caused the players to be denied participation with any other club for the next period.
The source said that Ghanem Sultan dispensed with several players from the Zamalek Club youth sector and replaced them with other players on the roster after the club’s board of directors was dissolved days ago.
The source added: “The players were dispensed an hour before the registration door closed and were replaced by others, while the discarded youth participated in a distinctive way.”
The source explained that this arose based on the decision of the duo Farouk Jaafar and Ghanem Sultan, who in turn informed one of the administrators responsible for the registration to replace some of the players, to congratulate someone.
The source concluded his statements, noting that Tariq Yahya, head of the youth sector, intervened in the matter to solve the crisis, while Ghanem Sultan denied the occurrence of this incident and held the parents responsible for what happened.
Adam Mohamed Ahmed Ziada, a 2006 junior from the Zamalek Club, and one of those affected by the incident, confirmed that he was participating in a distinctive way in the team’s trainings, but was surprised that it was not registered and asked the Minister of Sports to intervene. to solve this crisis.
