On Tuesday, the Bandar Kafr El-Sheikh Prosecutor listens to the statements of a husband who accuses his wife of adultery after discovering her in pornographic videos and photos in which he shows the practice of vice, and immoral acts with a person, filmed in abroad in an Arab country.
Yesterday Monday, counselor Yasser Al-Rifai, attorney general of the Kafr El Sheikh College Prosecutor’s Office, ordered that an investigation be opened into the husband’s accusations against his wife, and his question is in an official report that is being edited in the Kafr El Sheikh Police Station, in preparation to take the necessary legal action in this regard.
When asked about the husband, called “MA”, from the Kafr El-Sheikh police station, in his statements in the file, he stated that he married the accused about his rights in 2011 and that he had two children by her. In 2017, she travels 5 months and takes two months off.
The husband explained that in November 2019, he received photos of her naked on his phone through the WhatsApp application, and consequently issued report No. 12776 of 2019, the administrative office of the Kafr El-Sheikh Police Station, after present an official report on the Internet investigation, and then the intervention of the wise men after she explained that it was on her phone. After it was stolen in an Arab country from one of her co-workers, the footage was “fabricated”, when the husband contained the problem.
The man pointed out that after the return of calm between them, his wife informed him that the period of their stay in the Arab country was coming to an end, and it was necessary to go there to renew the residence and collect their fees, and then her approval, accompanied her to travel there, and stayed with her for about 30 days, and during that period monitored her work. In the clothing factory and real estate, and nothing appeared in it, she returned to Kafr El-Sheikh.
The husband said that at the end of the last Ramadan, and after obtaining a license, he received on his phone via the WhatsApp application from a strange number in the Arab country, text conversations between them and a person, containing sexual expressions, as well as 73 clips of pornographic videos in which they appeared and in their voice with the same person. And 135 voice calls, and 49 conversations, showing that he had an illegal relationship with the children in the center of Riyadh and those who reside there in that Arab country.
He added that the same messages his brother received on his phone via WhatsApp, and then he went home to confront her, claiming that it was fabricated and denied, and “screamed”, and at that moment he did not get on his nerves for trying to kill her in revenge for his honor, so the neighbors intervened at the opportune moment, and they eloped with their two children. On the other hand, after her escape, she discovered the existence of video clips, and pornographic images, on the Internet, and consequently, record number 8 was issued on September 1, 2020, in the Internet investigations in Tanta.
Report No. 3826 of 2020 was issued by the administrator of the Kafr El Sheikh Police Department, while the presentation is made to the Public Ministry to complete the investigations.
