Tomorrow .. «Housing» opens reservation in 1061 apartments in the Dar Misr project (cities and registration method)

Dr. Assem El-Gazzar, Minister of Housing, Public Services and Urban Communities, said that it will start tomorrow, Sunday 5/5/2020, opening the door for electronic registration to reserve 1061 housing units on the two floors (ground floor – last) in the project “Dar Misr”, in 5 new cities (May 15 – Sadat – Tenth of Ramadan – Badr – New Borg El Arab).

The “Butcher” added that the Ministry of Housing will begin on Sunday 5/10/2020, opening the door for electronic registration to reserve 2,662 housing units on the two floors (floor – the last) in the “Egypt Housing” project, with 8 new cities (October 6 New – Obour – New Cairo – New Mansoura – Badr – Nasser «West Assiut» – New Minya – West Qena).

The Minister for Housing added that the seriousness of the reserve amount of £ 50,000 is paid, and the allocation is made through the “online” electronic booking precedence system, with the availability of easy installation systems, and a discount for immediate payment, indicating that the conditions of the offer, the reservation method and procedures, sites, models, spaces and prices The units and the payment method will be available on the website (www.hdb–reservation.com), and they can also be found on the Authority’s website (www.newcities.gov.eg).

The Minister noted that the policy of the Ministry of Housing, represented by the Authority of New Urban Communities, is working on offering housing units of all kinds, to achieve the desire of Egyptians of all kinds to own property, achieve the required development , increase the urban area and provide quality of life.
