Dr. Tariq Shawqi, Minister of Education and Technical Education, confirmed that on Saturday, May 2, 2020, he will issue a new video statement, in which he will explain all the details of the mechanisms for the delivery of research projects required for evaluate school students in grades 3 to 3 of high school.
The Minister of Education said: “It is not correct to cancel research projects for transfer year students and undergraduate certificates,” explaining that research projects are an alternative to traditional exams this year, and will be a prerequisite for transfer. of students in grades from (the third primary to the third preparatory course) to the upper academic year.

The Minister of Education declared that the ministry will undertake the process of evaluating these investigations according to specific mechanisms, in order to achieve equality among students.

He added: “Research projects aim to teach students new skills that are (teamwork among students, self-reliance, research, analysis, bonding issues, and the method of formulating ideas) and other necessary skills.”

He noted that the criteria for evaluating the research project are that the student write an attractive title for the project, in addition to the presentation of the research project that is being organized, as well as that the student must use concepts from different study materials and adhere to the number of specific words, along with adhering to all the axes of the project and observing the grammatical rules. Spelling, punctuation and note that the project will be rejected if it coincides with another project.
