Awqaf Ministry reveals the truth about opening mosques next Friday

Awqaf’s ministry added that it had not issued a decision related to re-praying the meeting and groups after temporarily disrupting mosques, as part of precautionary measures to deal with the spread of the new Corona virus, and that the problem is related to which the Ministry of Health approves and the improvement in the rate of registration of positive cases registered by the state.

Dr. Muhammad Mukhtar Jumaa, Minister of Awqaf, confirmed that the opening of mosques is related to the disappearance of the closing error, in order to preserve the human psyche in light of what the health ministries decided to suspend in all countries to prevent the spread of the new corona virus infection, wishing the cloud would disappear soon.

The Awqaf Ministry has announced that the directorates are authorized to issue approval to Radio Al-Fajr and Radio Al-Maghrib for designated imams who are responsible for carrying out the conditions and controls announced yesterday by the ministry.

This came in the context of allowing the transmission of the Noble Quran before the Moroccan and Fajr prayers, according to 3 rules:

1- That the mosque has a certain magnet and is responsible for operating the Holy Quran with its knowledge with the mosque completely closed, and not allowing anyone to enter the mosque permanently at the time of reading the Quran or before or after it during all the period of suspension of the meeting and the groups in the mosques, while enduring any violation resulting from that.

2 – That the audios of the mosque are prepared for that, and that they comply with what the Holy Quran transmits from the Quran and dawn, without any increase.

3 – Obtain the written approval of the director of the direction approved by the head of the religious sector with the approval from the date of approval until the end of the month of Ramadan before taking any action, so that the general and local inspection can make a follow up and ensure that the matter is limited to reading the Koran and not opening the mosque to prayer.
