Cairo – Mubasher: The management of the Egyptian Stock Exchange decided to continue working with the same deadlines currently scheduled during Ramadan 2020.
She explained in a statement on Thursday that the dates of the negotiation session during Ramadan will be as follows:
The dates of the daily trading session on the Stock Exchange for the main market, as well as the market for small and medium-sized businesses (Nile Stock Exchange) of 10 a.m. at 1.30 p.m., and the exploratory session precedes at 9:30 a.m.
The registration dates for orders in the large volume market range from 9.15 in the morning to 9:30 in the morning, and the corresponding orders are recorded from 9:30 in the morning until 9.45 in the morning.
The hours to divide the combined accounts are from 1.30 pm to 2 pm.
– The dates of the unrestricted securities trading session (the off-shore order market) are only on Mondays and Wednesdays, every week from 11:30 in the morning until 12 in the afternoon.
– The trading session dates for unrestricted securities (OTC market) from 9:30 to 13:30.
– Dates of the unrestricted and centrally owned (out of the booth) securities trading sessions from 10 a.m. at 11:30 a.m.
It is noteworthy that the Egyptian Stock Exchange decided to modify the working hours to coincide with the precautionary measures adopted by the Egyptian government to face the Corona virus, especially the imposition of a curfew.
