3- It is closed from five in the afternoon until six in the morning in front of the public, all the commercial and craft stores, including those that sell products and provide services and shopping centers, “shopping centers” during the week days, except on Fridays and Saturdays, so the closing will be in 24 hours.

4- Close all cafes, coffee shops, coffee shops, casinos, cabarets, discos and similar stores, establishments and shops that offer entertainment or entertainment.

5- Close all restaurants and shops and similar establishments that offer food and mobile food units in front of the public, and work is limited to home delivery service until seven in the afternoon.

6- Suspend the provision of all services provided by the ministries and governments to citizens, such as real estate registration services, civil registration, traffic licenses, work permits and passports.

7- Close all sports and popular clubs, youth centers and gyms in all parts of the Republic.

8- Suspend studies in all schools, institutes and universities of any type, as well as any student meeting, with the aim of receiving education under any name and kindergarten children of any type for a period of two weeks, from Sunday, March 29.

9- Hospitals, medical centers and their staff continue to provide treatment services, as well as pay salaries and pensions from post offices without being subject to any of the dates specified in this decision.

10- Anyone who violates the provisions of these decisions is punished with imprisonment and a fine not exceeding four thousand pounds, or one of these two sanctions.
