Investigations by the prosecution revealed full details of the death of a woman in the Al-Salam region, after the prosecution ordered the arrest of 3 suspects in the incident.
The Public Ministry confirmed, in a statement on Sunday, that the defendant is a housewife, not a doctor, who threw herself from the balcony of her house after 3 defendants broke into the apartment and attacked the person who was with her , which was confirmed by 5 testimonies during the investigations that came as follows:
A neighbor of the victim stated that she saw, from the window of the balcony of the victim’s residence, that the three defendants tied a person with ties inside the house, and the victim at that moment ran to the balcony and jumped on him . so that the paradox of life would fall.
The one who was tied up by the defendants with bail testified -in the investigations- that they broke into the house after the victim opened the door for them, and that they beat her with hands and wooden sticks and tied them with ties, and that he Se It was surprising during that time that the victim rushed to the balcony of the house and jumped on him, denying that any of the defendants had raped her.
The Public Ministry questioned the three defendants and admitted that they had committed the crimes of detaining the victim and the person who was with him, illegally and physically torturing the latter, using force and brandishing violence and using them against the victims with the intention to intimidate. They intimidate and inflict harm on them, their safety is in danger, they enter the residence of the victim with the intention of committing these two crimes, and they possess tools that are used to attack people.
The defendants confirmed that the victim jumped from the balcony of the house after terrorizing her and the person who was with her and attacked the latter and tied him with chains.
Therefore, the Public Ministry ordered that the accused remain in custody for four days pending the investigations, and their completion is ongoing.
