Security sources and other sources familiar with the movement of the investigations carried out by the Prosecutor’s Office for the incident of the fire “Aqar Faisal” near the ring road, were that on Friday the competent authorities are carrying out the operation to blow up the property with “dynamite”. , and this occurs about a month and a half after the property burned.

The sources, who declined to be identified, said that the property’s immediate vicinity is witnessing strict security measures, as citizens cannot pass through that area, in anticipation of any damage that may occur to them after the adjacent properties. to the burning property. they were evacuated.

He added that the competent authorities demolished the walls and 3-story walls to expose the pillars on which a quantity of explosives had been placed.

The defendant admitted in the investigations that he had bought the land on which the property was located when it was agricultural land outside the urban space – within 2013 – to build on it and establish a shoe store, knowing that it was not possible to obtain a permit to build on it because it was outside the urban space, and after having achieved its purpose and built the property and prepared the store, it was practiced. His activities in it without obtaining a license to do so, and he did not take the necessary requirements to prevent fire hazards and protect himself from chemical and physical hazards in the store, despite his knowledge of making shoes from chemicals and petroleum that they are precipitated by nature, and that their negligence caused the outbreak of the fire on the property, adding that the cause of their occurrence was a diamond.
