American billionaire Elon Musk has announced that he is building a new city in the US state of Texas.
In a series of his tweets on Twitter, Musk said that “Starbys, Texas, is getting established.”

Responding to comments in the tweet, he added that Starbis will include an area much larger than the town of Boca Chica, where the SpaceX cosmodrome is located.
He indicated that his city would treat dogs very well and that its leader would be called “Doge.”
Musk noted that the city will achieve great success, expressed his joy at the launch of this event and stressed that “everyone will have a fair chance.”
