Dr. Khaled Mujahid, Undersecretary of Health and Population for Media, Awareness and Community Communication, and official spokesman for the ministry, said that 633 new cases were recorded that tested positive for virus laboratory tests, as part of the necessary surveillance. , investigation and examination procedures that the ministry carries out in accordance with the guidelines of the World Health Organization, which point to the death of 39 new conditions.
Yesterday, the Ministry of Health registered 623 new cases and 51 deaths.
Mujahid said that according to the World Health Organization recommendations issued on May 27, 2020, the disappearance of symptoms for 10 days after infection is an indication of the patient’s recovery from the Corona virus.
Mujahid claimed that the total number that was recorded in Egypt with the new coronavirus as of Tuesday is 179,407 cases, including 138,683 cases that have been cured and 10,443 deaths.
