The Spanish newspaper “Marca” reported that Lionel Messi, Barcelona’s captain, will play an important role in determining the future of Liverpool’s star Mohamed Salah of Egypt during the upcoming season.
Marca said that Real Madrid aims to include young French striker Kylian Mbappé, the star of Paris Saint-Germain, during the next season, on the condition that the French club put him up for sale.

The newspaper noted that this matter will not be achieved, unless Saint Germain hires Messi in the Summer Market for free.
He indicated that should the above scenario not be fulfilled, Real Madrid would move immediately to include Salah instead of Mbappé.
He stated that Salah has great admiration for the Real Club, so all the weapons of Real Madrid will be directed towards this agreement.
And press reports assured that Salah, whose contract with Liverpool expires in the summer of 2023, will pressure the “Reds” next summer to move to Real Madrid or Barcelona.
Real Madrid have long been interested in the Egyptian star, and the royal club had already tried to include Salah in the summer of 2018, following the departure of their historic striker, Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo, to Juventus.
