The Meteorological Authority revealed the expected meteorological phenomena and places of rain from Tuesday, February 2, 2021 to Friday, February 5, 2021.
Masrawy publishes maps of rain and meteorological phenomena during these days as follows.
Tuesday
The meteorology said, in a statement published on its official website, Monday that it is expected for tomorrow Tuesday that there will be stability and an increase in temperatures, so warm weather will prevail during a cold day at night.
The meteorology expected the state of instability to begin from next Wednesday to Friday, starting from the northwest coasts and Sinai and extending during the period to the rest of the regions.
Wednesday
Medium to heavy rains, sometimes thunderstorms, in areas of the northeastern coasts, north and south of the Sinai and the Red Sea chains, with intermittent periods.
The release forecast moderate rainfall in areas of the northwest coast in intermittent periods, in addition to wind activity in areas of the northwest coast.
Thursday
A drop in temperatures of around 6 degrees and moderate to heavy rains, sometimes thunderstorms, in areas of Lower Egypt, the northern, northern and southern coasts of the Sinai, the mountain ranges of the Red Sea and the northern Upper Egypt.
The release also forecasts moderate rains that can be intense with wind activity in areas of Greater Cairo and the canal cities, and wind activity in areas of the Northwest, South Sinai, North and South coasts of Upper Egypt, which they will cause sand and dust in the south. Upper Egypt, the warning of a disturbance in maritime traffic in Bahrain is medium and red, wave height of 2 to 3.5 meters
Friday
Moderate rain falls in areas of the northeast, north and south coasts of Sinai, with intermittent periods.
The authority also expected light to moderate rains in areas of Greater Cairo, the canal cities, Lower Egypt, the northwestern coasts and northern Upper Egypt, in intermittent periods, with wind activity in areas of Greater Cairo, Lower Egypt, the northern coasts, South Sinai, northern and southern Upper Egypt.
The authority warned of disruption of maritime traffic in the Mediterranean and the Red Sea, with waves ranging between 2 and 3.5 meters in height.
