During the investigations, the defendant said that “N” invited his friend to a dinner inside his house, and put the drug in juice, and when she lost consciousness, he took turns raping her and filming her during sex.

“I found myself without clothes except for a white T-shirt and a drink, and when I asked her husband what had happened, he told her that she was very exhausted and that she was taking some medications, contrary to the truth,” she shouted.

And he continued: “I noticed the pornographic video in which I appeared, and the cameraman was photographed by my husband and his friend, through one of my friends who found out that it was spread over the Internet, and that was after the case. of the girl from the Fairmont Hotel spread. “

The Public Ministry had ordered the release of the accused N and two others pending investigation of the incident of assaulting a girl at the Fairmont hotel and the related events.

The defendants were not satisfied with this, but instead filmed themselves during the attack on her, in addition to engraving letters of their names on her body and threatening her if she decided to report them.

The Prosecutor’s Office ordered the arrest of the 7 defendants in the incident, after it became clear that some of them had fled and ordered an international persecution, following the general uproar that occupied public opinion after the incident circulated again.
