A girl named Fedra, a resident of the United Arab Emirates, reported that she was harassed by Amr Warda, the player of the Egyptian national team and the Greek football club PAOK, through the “Instagram” application.
The girl posted on the “Instagram” story feature, some audio recordings and messages, claiming to be from Amr Warda, with the comment about her with the hashtag “Amr Warda is a stalker.”
The girl said the Egyptian star asked her to come to the hotel as his wife, but she refused because he did not know her well enough to speak to her about such matters.
The girl also mentioned that Amr Warda started talking to her on the social network “Snapchat” and asked her to visit him at his home, and after she refused, he cursed her and threatened to send messages to her family.
This is not the first time that Amr Warda has been accused of harassment, as it has several precedents, the most notable in 2019 when he was excluded from the Egyptian team’s camp at the African Cup of Nations, after a Mexican model accused him of trying to harass her.
He was also accused of harassing a Greek journalist.
The Portuguese press accused him of harassing two wives of the players of his former Portuguese club, Ferrense.
Amr Warda has confirmed more than once that he is innocent of these charges.
