In an incident that reveals the extent of the lack of mercy and humanity, 6 children and their mother disowned the father after persuading him to travel to Libya to increase income and improve living conditions, and after 10 years of their trip, They extracted a death certificate from him and obtained an inheritance notification even though he was alive, to seize all his possessions and money.

The incident was revealed by the grieving father, Abdel Fattah Amin, on the Al-Hayat channel’s “One of the People” program, explaining that he returned in 2018 and discovered that his children had seized all the papers that proved he was alive. and they disowned him and expelled him from the house, and now he finds no refuge for him except the street.

The father said: “When I returned from Libya, I found that his six children had obtained a death certificate and hereditary information since 2016, and they distributed the estate, which is a house and 14 carats, and they told me that you should prefer a dead one because you will hurt us, and they took away my passport and the certificate of the removals with which I returned. From Libya, so I don’t know if I’m alive. “

He continued: “Until now, I cannot obtain a national identity card, and I do not know that I will enter a hospital because, according to the government, he is dead.”

He added: “The hardest time I ever went through was when my children and my wife denied me in court and said this is not our father.”

For his part, Saif Baraka, the father’s lawyer, said: “After the children and the wife denied it, we submitted to the court an application to present to the forensic medicine court to prove his lineage to his brother and that he is the father of his children, but his children and wife did not attend and did not go more than once, and I asked the court to analyze the genetic fingerprint of his brother and children. The genetic fingerprint of your brother has been proven and we await trial.

During the program, journalist Amr Al-Laithi was emotional, sending a message to his children and wife, saying: “We lived and saw children of the death of their father while he was alive, instead of what you honored, and You didn’t offer your condolences, how did your conscience allow it? Woe to the torment of Allah!

Al-Leithi called on the concerned authorities to obtain a grieving father card, to prevent the sale of any of his properties and to prosecute these ungrateful children.
