The Minister of Health: The launch of an initiative to monitor the cases of home isolation of “Corona”, starting on Wednesday

Dr. Hala Zayed, Minister of Health and Population, announced the launch of an initiative under the umbrella of “100 Million Health”, to follow up the cases of home isolation of “Corona” injuries, noting that 60% of the deaths occur 24 hours after arrival from hospital.

The minister indicated, during a press conference on Monday night, to distribute the initiative to health units in neighborhoods, hamlets and villages, and to reach all the houses in which a citizen with “Corona” is a simple case, and home isolation is applied.

He affirmed that the implementers of the initiative will have all the disinfectants, prevention and thermometers to follow up on simple cases. Follow-up: “The descent from Wednesday will begin gradually from the places with the most injuries, and within two weeks each patch will be covered in Egypt.

The Minister of Health reviewed the electronic system for monitoring the supply of medical oxygen to hospitals, adding that “an automated system whose data is updated every 6 hours within the electronic system to monitor the supply of medical oxygen to hospitals.” .

And he emphasized: “We follow through the system the availability of oxygen in the different provinces, updating the system that allows us to identify available places to receive critical cases.”
