Former James Bond actress and “The Seventies Show” star Tania Roberts died after falling from a height while playing with her dogs.
Mike Bingle, a spokesman for Roberts, told the “Hollywood Reporter” that the actress died Sunday at the age of 65 after being hospitalized on December 24 for her injury.
Bingle expressed her deep sadness over Roberts’ death, describing it as “wonderful and beautiful”, and viewed her absence as a “dull light”.
He added that she was “the kindest person” he had ever met, noting that “her heart was big and she loved her fans … I don’t think she realized how much she meant to them.”
Roberts is best known for the role of geoscientist Stacey Sutton in the 1985 film A View to Kill on the James Bond series, with Roger Moore playing Agent 007 for the last time.
Roberts starred in the fiction “The Best Master” in 1982, and “Sheena: The Queen of the Jungle”, the female version of Tarzan, along with other films such as “Buddy Slam” and “Night Eyes”.
