For his part, Sisi highlighted the peculiarity of relations between Egypt and Kuwait, which spanned decades of fruitful cooperation between the two countries in all fields, and Egypt’s willingness to develop close bilateral cooperation and coordination in interest of the two brother peoples, as well as of the Arab nation.

Regarding reconciliation efforts; President Al-Sisi expressed his sincere appreciation and support for Kuwait’s sincere efforts stemming from good intentions over the past years to achieve the desired reconciliation, beginning with the sincere efforts of the late Emir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al- Sabah, which Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah continued, as well as the esteemed role of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
