The government: An “open” place will apply the fine for not wearing a mask (Know it)

Counselor Nader Saad, spokesman for the Council of Ministers, said that as of tomorrow, the immediate collection of the fine for not wearing a muzzle will begin, highlighting that popular markets are the only “open” place where fines will be applied, in addition to mentioned in the decisions of the Supreme Committee for the Management of the Crown Crisis. ».

Saad added, during an intervention with the “Manshet” program, on the “Extra News” channel, that any citizen who is caught does not undertake to wear a muzzle in the places indicated by the government, he will be immediately fined 50 pounds.

Regarding the mechanism for collecting fines, “Saad” revealed that the Ministry of the Interior will be in charge of this matter, in addition to some other bodies within the ministries, according to the decision issued by counselor Omar Marwan, Minister of Justice, in the that specified the party that will collect the fine for violating the use of the muzzle within government departments.

He continued: “The citizen who walks down the street, or who drives his own car, has no legal obligation to wear a muzzle. Like any citizen present in any public transport or means of private collective transport, he must abide by the decision.”

He added that the government’s decisions apply to everyone, whether they are institutions, hotels and tourist places, highlighting: “All hotels in the republic are obliged to apply these measures, including tourist places.”
