He continued: “The citizen who walks down the street, or who drives his own car, has no legal obligation to wear a muzzle. Like any citizen present in any public transport or means of private collective transport, he must abide by the decision.”
He added that the government’s decisions apply to everyone, whether they are institutions, hotels and tourist places, highlighting: “All hotels in the republic are obliged to apply these measures, including tourist places.”
