The meteorological authority expects, on Friday, to witness moderate weather in Cairo and Lower Egypt, moderate winds and a water slug in the morning, moderate coastal weather and moderate winds, and warm weather in South Sinai, and moderate active winds in the Gulf of Suez.
The meteorological authority also expects warm weather to prevail in northern Upper Egypt, and winds will be moderate, and warm weather will prevail in southern Upper Egypt, with moderate winds.
Mahmoud Shaheen, director of the Weather Forecast Department of the General Meteorological Authority, revealed that the country is witnessing a dense waterfall in the morning in areas of the northern coasts, Lower Egypt, the canal cities, central Sinai and northern Upper Egypt, and light rains in areas of the northwestern coasts at intermittent periods.
The meteorology predicts that the weather will be very cold at night in Cairo and Lower Egypt, cold on the northern coasts, cold in the south of Sinai, very cold in the north and south of Upper Egypt.
Regarding temperatures, today Friday: Greater Cairo 20 degrees and Lows 11 degrees, Greater Alexandria 20 and Lower 12 degrees, Greater Matrouh 19 degrees and Lessons 10 degrees, Great Sohag 23 degrees and Lessons 09 degrees, Great Qena 23 degrees and Minor 11 degrees, and Greater Aswan 25 degrees A minimum of 11 degrees.
