The owner of the car added in the investigations that he did not know anything about the accident until he was arrested from his home for asking who was driving the car at the time of the accident, and guided the first defendant.
The Prosecutor’s Office decided to detain the accused for a period of 4 days pending investigations into the murder of Maryam, the “enemy girl.” A Cairo investigation force escorted the defendants, after they confessed in the investigation report to the charges against them of attempting to rob the victim under duress and being associated with the crime of murder.
