Books – Abdel Fattah Al-Ajami
Artist Azouz Adel, a member of the Screen Actors Guild, revealed the details of the death of the Syrian director, living in Egypt, Hatem Ali, at the age of 58.
Adel said, in exclusive remarks to “Masrawy”: “Director Hatem Ali passed away in a hotel overlooking the Nile in Cairo on Tuesday morning, and is still in this hotel until now.”
On the cause of Hatem Ali’s death; He said: “Often due to a heart attack, he suddenly got tired, and was sold to a doctor, and as the doctor knew him, he died and his soul went to its creator.”
As for the place of death, and whether he will be buried in Egypt or in his homeland, Syria; Adel said: “The burial site is not yet known and we are still waiting for the necessary paperwork to be completed.”
Dr. Ashraf Zaki, the captain of the acting professions, confirmed the news of the death of Syrian director Hatem Ali, explaining in statements to “Masrawy” that he spoke by phone with Syrian artist Jamal Suleiman, who confirmed the news of the death of Hatem Ali, adding: “We will inform ourselves in the future of a ceremony. The funeral and the duty of condolence.”
Syrian director Hatem Ali was born on June 2, 1962, and his latest work is Ruby’s “Is It What Happened” series in 2019.
