The Social Security Authority announced the date for the disbursement of pensions in January 2021, for about 10 million and 500 thousand pensioners, and the head of the authority, Major General Jamal Awad, confirmed the disposition of all the houses of change at the national level to disburse the first tranche of approximately 2,400,000 beneficiaries and with pension rights.

The third batch of the five bonds will also be disbursed with pensions for the month of January 2021, and this is the third payment, provided that the fourth batch of the five bonds is disbursed in early April 2021, and President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi issued a decision to disburse these bonds to pensioners, after the Judicial Court approved it. The administration has the right to spend it.
According to the head of the National Social Security Authority, Major General Jamal Awad, the pension disbursement date for January 2021 is next Sunday, corresponding to January 3, 2021, for the first tranche of 2,400,000 pensioners, as long as the rest of the payments are disbursed consecutively as usual each month.

According to the head of the authority, the total cost of the third batch of the five bonuses, as well as the pensions for January 2021, is estimated at 25 billion Egyptian pounds, of which 18 billion are the cost of the pensions of the month of January, and 7 billion is the cost of the five bonuses.
