“Walid, Marwan and Al-Shahat are ready to participate in group exercises, starting today Saturday, after they managed to get rid of their injury and finish their rehabilitation program,” Abdel Hafeez said in statements broadcast on the official website of Al-Ahly.

The trio participated in the team’s collective training, which took place this afternoon at the touch stadium on the island.

Walid Suleiman and Marwan Mohsen were absent from team matches and group training due to knee pain, while Shahat was absent after undergoing toe surgery.

For its part, Al-Ahly Football Manager confirmed that the medical results of technical director Pitso Musimani and the three teams Rami Rabia, Muhammad Majdi Afsha and Amr Al-Suliya, will appear on Saturday night.

He added that he is in constant contact with the quartet to monitor his health and medical conditions.

The Al-Ahly football director claimed that the quartet had carried out a new medical scan in the last hours, and the result was shown this Saturday night, to determine the date of their return to the team again.

Al-Ahly is preparing to face Al-Ittihad Alexandria in the Premier League third round on Monday at the “Al-Ahly we Al-Salam” stadium.
